Cancellation Policy
🦋💕Half or full payment will be required upon booking to assure appointment is in good standing. Retainer fees are not refundable.
🦋If you have to reschedule or cancel appointment, the retainer fee is not refunded but may be applied to 1 rescheduled appointment. If the rescheduled appointment is canceled or rescheduled the retainer fee will not be transferred.
💕If you have to reschedule please let me know at least 48hrs in advance so that the appointment slot is able to be filled. We will then reschedule and allow the payment to transfer or cancel all togther. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hrs there will be no refund or transferred retainer fee
💕When you cancel or reschedule your appointment make sure you receive a confirmation email or text to avoid any possible cancellations or no call no show fees.
🦋💕No call no show will result in a 100% charge and can result in being band from booking again.
