CANCELLATION POLICY
🦋💕Half or full payment will be required upon booking to assure appointment is in good standing. Retainer fees are not refundable. 🦋If you have to reschedule or cancel appointment, the retainer fee is not refunded but may be applied to 1 rescheduled appointment. If the rescheduled appointment is canceled or rescheduled the retainer fee will not be transferred. 💕If you have to reschedule please let me know at least 48hrs in advance so that the appointment slot is able to be filled. We will then reschedule and allow the payment to transfer or cancel all togther. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hrs there will be no refund or transferred retainer fee 💕When you cancel or reschedule your appointment make sure you receive a confirmation email or text to avoid any possible cancellations or no call no show fees. 🦋💕No call no show will result in a 100% charge and can result in being band from booking again.

I’m a licensed Trichologist and Silk Press Specialist devoted to restoring hairloss and re-gifting hope to every woman God allows me to connect with, using the gifts of knowledge, anointing and motivational empowerment. I love serving my clients and filling them with motivation and words of affirmations that helps them on their everyday life ,while feeding their hair with the correct protocols according to their hair care needs so that we build a strong bond to keep the hairs integrity while creating the desired look.
Jamel Faison
Mr. Faison is my better half and my marketing manager. He is also owner of R3birth Beard Oil which can be purchased on this site as well. R3birth is a oil created with all natural essential oils to help heal the skin and promote hair growth.
Amiyah Hunter
Amiyah is my beautiful 12 year old, and my gifted mini me. She hopes to be an amazing, talented and knowledgeable cosmetologist one day. She helps me in the salon by spreading the hair out for knotless and helping me prep for each service.
